ProofSafe app for iPhone and iPad

ProofSafe enables you to use your own forms to collect any data on mobile devices. Once the forms are on your phone or tablet, data can be collected anywhere even if you are offline. Data can then be synchronised to the server when youre back in range.
Collect text, images, GPS information, signatures and more, you can even take photos and mark them up in the field. You can select forms from the ProofSafe library or create your own.

ProofSafe digital forms were originally designed to assist companies and organisations manage safety in the workplace and regulatory compliance, however the ProofSafe forms are perfectly suited for any survey or data collection function; from ecological studies to student assessments, surveys or asset management to stocktakes.

OHS / WHS – ProofSafe makes workplace safety much simpler, teams can quickly complete Pre-start checks, JSA’s, SWMS and field audits and managers can view and manage the data easily. Also communication between managers and the team can be incorporated to ensure everyone is informed and operating as safely as possible.

Whatever information you want to collect you can simply digitise your existing paper forms and put them on your phone or tablet but with the added advantage of incorporating dropdown lists, photos, video, signatures, sketches, GPS readings / mapping and more.
